Residential Cleaning
At Marquez Quality Cleaning Services, we do things differently from most residential cleaning services. We will arrive with two to three staff members and an owner. Each of us will have assigned responsibilities, such as cleaning all bathrooms, mopping the floors, etc. Alternatively, one of us will tackle dusting, vacuuming, etc., while a third member focuses on the kitchen stove, vent, etc.
Working as a team with our assigned responsibilities allows us to double-check our work and ensure a high-quality cleaning result.
The first time we clean your home, we will do a thorough deep clean process. This enables us to set a cleaning standard that you can expect with each visit. Once the initial cleaning is completed, we will confirm pricing as we move forward.
We offer three residential cleaning packages and custom packages. We are available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Please note that are client list is full. We are doing “one-time deep cleans”. Please fill out the form below to request a quote and to be placed on our waiting list.
Physical payment is due after service and electronic payment is due by 10:00 p.m. day of service. A $25 late payment fee will be added if payment is not received within 24 hours of service. All pricing is flat and subject to increase if additional services are requested.

Please be advised that we must assess a $50 fee if you cancel your cleaning appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment. Same day cancellation fee is $75.

Oven Cleaning From $40 (one oven) double from $65
Refrigerator from $40 (additional $15 for the freezer.
Interior window pricing varies on quantity, size, and condition.
Custom cleaning - ask us and we will quote you.
Sheet Changes can only be performed if you have a second set ready to go and the bed has to be stripped.
Pets: If you have an animal in your home, we require that the animal be secured before and during the cleaning process. We are fully insured, but we can not be responsible for any pet damage.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment Policy: Payment for cleaning is due at the time of service or by the end of the day service is provided. If payment is received after the day of cleaning, the $25 late fee is to be included with your payment. We work hard to provide quality service and pay our staff promptly and late payments disrupt our ability to do so. We appreciate those who pay promptly!
Cancellation Fees:
● A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours.
● A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the same day of your scheduled clean. These fees are due on the day of your cleaning.
● A $25 fee will be added to the next clean if a client cancels two cleans in a row.
